The item is a sterling silver praying hands medal with a 18 inch long sterling silver curb chain. The chain has a lobster claw catch. The medal measures 7/8 inches tall and 3/4 inches wide. Or 2.22 x 1.90 centimeters. The front of the metal has the praying hands and the back says god grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can , and the wisdom to know the difference.
