The item is a sterling silver cubic zirconia pendant with a adjustable silver chain. The pendants consist of two round 4 millimeter cubic zirconia's. One pendant has 4 small round cubic zirconia's in the bale and the other one has 5. One is a little longer than the other. The chain can be worn at 16,17 or 18 inches in length. The cable chain has a lobster claw catch. The whole piece is platinum plated over silver. The pendants are not attached and you can remove one and only wear one if you like. We will provide a pendant box.
