The item is a hand made cubic zirconia and carnelian sterling silver pendant. The carnelian are two cylette bars that hold in the cubic zironia. The pendant itself measures 18 millimeters round. The chain goes through the top of the pendant. The chain is a 18 inch long wheat chain that has a lobster claw catch. This item weighs 5.8 grams. The piece is made by John Kennedy.
