The item is a sterling silver Saint Cosmas and Damian round silver pendant with a 24 inch or 60.96 centimeter long silver curb chain. The chain will have no catch. You can just slide it over your head. If you would like any other style or length chain let me know. The pendant measures 1 inch tall and 7/8 inches wide or 2.54 x 2.2225 centimeters. The front has there picture and there names. The back is plain and we can engrave it for you at no charge. I will supply a pendant box.
